5 10.29 <br />Subd. 4. Height. No structure or building in a study <br />and research center shall exceed thirty feet in height except as <br />provided in Section 10.75. <br />Subd. 5. Temporary or Permanent Residents. No study and <br />research center shall at any time serve as a temporary or permanent <br />residence for a number of persons in excess of that determined by <br />multiplying by 2-1/2 the number of acres of land devoted to use as <br />such study and research center without a special permit allowing a <br />greater number of persons in such number and for such periods of <br />time as the Council may deem appropriate, due consideration being <br />given to the interests of health, safety and public welfare. <br />Subd. 6. Use. No study and research center shall at any <br />time permit more than 300 persons to be present by invitation upon <br />its property, without a special permit allowing a greater number of <br />persons in such number and for such periods of time as the Council <br />may deem appropriate, due consideration being given to the <br />interests of health, safety and public welfare. <br />Subd. 7. Area, Height, Lot Width and Yard Requiremen,.g. <br />(See Section 10.29, Subdivision 5.) <br />SEC. 10.30. M-6 MULTIPLE FAMILY PLANNED RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICT. <br />Subd. 1. Purpose. The "M-6" Multiple Family Planned <br />Residential District is intended to provide a district which will <br />allow multiple dwellings in those areas where such development fits <br />the City's Comprehensive Land Use Plan, where properly related to <br />other land uses, where there is immediate access to adequate <br />existing arterial highways and public sanitary sewer and in no case <br />where located within 1,000 feEt of the Lake Minnetonka. Rezoning <br />of an area to the "M-6" Multiple Family Planned Residential <br />District shall comply with Comprehensive Land Use Plan or may -)e <br />allowed only after the Comprehensive Land Use Plan is amended ro <br />show the possibility of the future rezoning of that area to tie <br />"M-6" Multiple Family Planned Residential District. Design aid <br />development shall follow the spirit and intent of the land use <br />objectives of Section III-5A of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan as <br />adopted December 2, 1974, and the Guiding Principles of Section <br />10.01, Subdivision 1 of th°s Chapter. <br />Subd. 2. Permitted Uses. Within the "*4-6" Multiple <br />Family Planned Residential District, no land or structures shall be <br />used except for one or more of the following uses: <br />A. One family detached dwellings as regulated in <br />the "R-lB" District. <br />B. Public awned parks and playgrounds. <br />ORONO CC 290 (4-1-84) <br />
