Draft 1989 Legislative Program <br />ISSUE - Determination as to whether the Council wants to adopt a <br />1989 Legislative Program as proposed or amended. <br />INTRODUCTION - For the last three years the City has adopted a <br />legisl�t[ve program of items they consider key related to other <br />governmental bodies. As in the 1988 program the appropriate <br />policies are cross referenced to the League o' Minnesota Cities <br />and Association of Metropolitan Municipalities policy's on the <br />Name subject.
