Proposed Resolution Conveyance of Tax Forfeit <br />Lands for Public Use by the City of )rono <br />ISSUE - Adoption of resolution for Hennepin County indicating <br />Citiy of Orono's desire regarding tax forfeited properties. <br />INTRODUCTION - As noted in Attachment A the City of Orono must <br />indicate their desired settlement of these tax forfeited parcels. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is rerommeded that the attached resoluticns <br />be passed as presented. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark E. Bernhardson, City Administrat <br />Forwarded recommending approval. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Movej by seconded by that the Council <br />adopt resolution releasing tax forfeit parcel for private <br />sale to adjacent owners and resolution # requesting conveyance <br />of parcel for public use by the City of Orono.
