The resolution as drafted requires removal of <br />the deck no later than December 15, 1988, but allows a front step structure <br />to be constructed which will comprise no more than 30 s.f. in area or <br />hardcover. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by , to adopt Resolution No. <br />denying after -the -fact variances for Jon W.
