We understand <br />that there are questions regarding what improvements will be made in <br />addition tD what the time frame is for the plant expansion. <br />Further discussion of the Blue Lake Wastewater Treatment Plant expan- <br />sion and upgrade is on the agenda of the Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commissions (MWCC) Strategic Planning Committee of the Whole meeting <br />of October 25, 1988. In order to keep you informed of the actions of <br />the MWCC an(: the implications of how these actions may impact your <br />community we are holding this meeting. <br />We hope that you wil,. be able to attend. Those invited are legisla- <br />tors, mayors, city managers, and city engineers from the area served <br />by the Blue Lake Wastewater Treatment Plant.
