E. The gun may only be discharged in a manner that <br />does not direct it towards other buildings or persons. <br />F. The permittee must notify all abutting owners. <br />Sub. 2. Starting Guns - Permits may be granted for use of <br />devices such a starting guns when no projectiles are used but <br />only blank ammunition. <br />E. Annual Permits. To clubs only for: <br />1. Trap and skeet shooting for clubs. <br />2. For training of dogs for clubs or individuals. which <br />permit is valid only on land described in the permit by <br />persons with the consent of the owner or lessee thereof. <br />3. To clubs and individuals for the operation of a game and <br />fur farm pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 99.27, or <br />Minnesota Statutes Sections 100.32 to 100.37; <br />4. Occasional target shooting. <br />5. Field trials, commercial or professional exhibitions or <br />displays, or any similar or lawful purpose as determined by the <br />Police Chief. <br />6. Any person, group, organization that wishes to use an <br />established range/or trap, skeet facility for any field trial <br />commercal or professional exhibition or display or any similar or <br />lawful purpose shall apply for their own use permit. The <br />existing permit for gun club shall not cover the special event. <br />This would not preclude that the gun club cannot have its own <br />special events such as annual shoots, turkey shootoff, etc., as <br />long as it is the gun club that is responsible permit holder. <br />Subd. 6. Permit Classification, Fees, Permit <br />Revocation. The fee for annual permit (club only) or occas onaI <br />per�ll be charged according to the City fee schedule. A <br />violation of any of the conditions of a permit shall result in <br />revocation of the permit and no permit shall be issued to any <br />club or person for one year after the date of such revocation. <br />Permits are issued to the person to be actually using the firearm <br />or weapon. <br />Subd. 7. Permit Procedure. When a person or club <br />applies for a permit, the City Administrator may require certain <br />information to be on the application and permit form: <br />y 1.
