102688.5 <br />1 OFFICIAL SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NUMBER _, SECOND SERIES <br />0 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.10 DANGEROUS WEAPONS AND ARTICLES <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance <br />Number , Second Series approved by the City Council of the <br />City of Orono on November 14, 1988. <br />The following sections are repealed. <br />Section 9.10 all subdivisions <br />Ordinance Number 7, Second Serifs <br />Ordinance Number 15, Second Series <br />Ordinance Number 16, Second Series <br />Ordinance Number 25, Second Series <br />Ordinance Number 36, Second Series <br />Ordinance Number 42, Second Series <br />Ordinance Number 48, Second Series <br />The following is new language in Section 9: <br />Acts Prohibited <br />Discharge of Firearms and Explosives <br />Exception <br />Activities Allowed with Permits <br />B-e Gun <br />Starting Guns <br />Permit Classification, Fees, Permit Revocation <br />Permit Pro^educe <br />Confiscation <br />Possession and Sale of Fireworks <br />Exposure of Dangerous Container <br />A printed copy of the ordiannce is available for <br />inspection by any person at the office of the City Clerk. <br />This Ordinance becomes effective upon publication, the <br />week of <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono on this <br />14th day of November, 1988, by a vote of _ ayes and _ nays. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
