ORDINANCE NUMBER 42, SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 25, SECOND SERIES, ADOPTED <br />OCTOBER 13,1986, AND ENTITLED 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE <br />NUMBER 9.19 AND ENTITLED DANGEROUS WEAPONS AND ARTICLES' <br />The City Council of the City of Orono ordains: <br />Ordinance Number 25, Second Series adopted October 13, 1986, and <br />entitled 'An Ordinance amending Ordinance Number 9.10 and <br />entitled Dangerous Weapons and Articles" is amended to read: <br />D. An occasional permit valid for a period not to <br />exceed a total of 3 days in any one year shall be issued <br />to Hennepin Parks for the discharge of shot guns in <br />hunting of game aminals in Baker Park. In addition to <br />other applicable conditions outlined in this Subdivision <br />7(A) through 7(C) the Park District must notify all <br />abutting property owners by letter 10 days in advance of <br />the proposed hunt and that appropriate signage be posted <br />around the Park Reserve District boundaries to limit <br />unauthorized access during the hunt. <br />This ordinance becomes effective upon publication. <br />Passed by the Council this 12th day of October, 119987.E <br />Sam s R.
