S 9.10 <br />-� Subd. 5. Permits, Procedure. The City Clerk may require <br />' that notice be given to surrounding landowners and an opportunity <br />for them to object prior to the issuance of a permit under this <br />Section, but such objections shall not require the permit to be <br />withheld. Any person may appeal the denial of a permit to the <br />Council. A.L.2 = S, = �''"-1-L-=-- <br />Subd. 6. Permits, Annual. Annual permits may be granted <br />as follows: <br />A. For target shooting or trap and skeet shooting <br />to clubs; <br />B. For target shooting or trap and skeet shooting <br />to individuals if used at least on a monthy basis; <br />C. For the training of dogs for clubs or <br />individuals, which permit is valid only on land described in the <br />permit by persons with consent of the owner or lessee thereof; <br />D. To clubs and individuals for the operation of a <br />game and fur farm pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 99.27, or <br />for the operation of a private shooting preserve pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Sections 100.32 to 100.37; <br />1 E. For control of pests, vermin, rodents, or other <br />animal nuisances, except that no hunting of game animals or game <br />birds shall be allowed. <br />Subd. 7. Permits, Occasional. Occasional permits valid <br />for a period of fifteen (15) days or less may be granted to clubs <br />or persons as follows: <br />A. Occasional target shooting or trap and skeet <br />shooting; <br />B. .Field trials, commercial or professional <br />exhibitions or displays, or any similar or lawful purpose as <br />determined by the City Clerk. <br />Subd. 8. Permit Fees, Permit Revocation. The fee for <br />annual or occasional permits shall be charged according to the City <br />fee schedule. A violation of any conditions of a permit shall <br />result in revocation of the permit and no permit shall be issued to <br />any club or person for one year after the date of the violation. <br />Subd. 9. Confiscation. The firearms, bow and arrow, <br />explosives or other dangerous weapons of .he alleged violator of <br />this Section may be confiscated at the time of Prrest, and returned <br />only if the violator is adjudged not guilty of the offense charged <br />and no liability of damages -shall result therefrom.
