REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, SEPTE14DER 26, 1977 Page 4 <br />Mr. Alan Olson, Assistant Building i Zoning �IT STATION PRD <br />Administrator, entered into the record the following (Herrick Circle) <br />mmo concerning Summit Station PRO, (Herrick Circle) 1152 <br />dated August 16, 1977, which states: <br />Completion of the replatting of Herrick Circle, to <br />be known as Summit Station, will require the following: <br />1. Council action to extend the May 1, 1977, dead- <br />line of Resolution 1726, to allow the following <br />steps. Final plats are now on file with the <br />City and the sewer is in operation. The City <br />Engineer will supply a letter of final acceptance. <br />2. Planning Commission review of the proposed <br />homeowner's agreement and open space easements <br />over Outlots 1 i 2. outlot 2 also should have <br />an underlying access easement to the City as <br />the proposed drive will be the only access to <br />the six lots. <br />3. Planning Commission public hearing (scheduled <br />for September 19, 1977) to be held concurrently <br />on the land use plan amendment, rezoning and <br />street vacation. <br />4. Council action, in order: <br />a) Resolution amending the land use plan within <br />the framework of the comprehensive guide plan. <br />b) Ordinance rezoning from RR -ID to R-lA <br />c) Resolution vacating Herrick Circle Street <br />d) Resolution approving the Summit Station plat <br />S. Staff collection of park fee and reimbursements, <br />before signatures on the plat drawings. <br />6. Applicant recording of the plat. <br />Council fleeting - August 22, 1977 <br />Extended deadline date 90 days, to Novenber 22, 1977. <br />Planning Commission Meeting - September 19, 1977 <br />Reviewed proposal. Recommended approval of land <br />use plan amendment, rezoning ordinance, plat <br />vacation and final plat drawing. Recommended <br />approval of same. <br />Staff - September 20, 1977 <br />Discussion with Druce Italkerson, City Attorney. <br />Plat approval should await receipt of easement <br />documents and title opinion.
