H. On -sale wine licenses shall be granted only to <br />restaurants as defined in this Chapter. Provided, however, for <br />purposes of this Section, such restaurant shall have appropriate <br />facilities for seating not less than twenty-five guests at one <br />time. <br />I. Every license shall be granted subject to the <br />provisions of this Chapter and all other applicable provisions of <br />the City Code and other laws relating to the operation of the <br />licensed business. <br />SEC. 4.41. HOURS AND DAYS OF SALES BY ON -SALE WINE LICENSEES. <br />No sale of wine shall be made between 1:00 o'clock A.M. and 12:00 <br />o'clock noon on Sunday, nor between 12:00 o'clock midnight and <br />until 8:00 o'clock A.M. on Monday, between the hours of 1:00 <br />o'clock A.M. and 8:00 o'clock A.M. on any weekday, including <br />Saturday; nor between the hours of 8:00 o'clock P.M. on December 24 <br />and 1:06 o'clock A.M. on December 25. <br />SEC. 4.42. UNLAWFUL ACTS (WINE).
