S 4.61 <br />SEC. 4.61. CONSUMPTION AND DISPLAY - ONE DAY LICENSE. <br />Subd. 1. License Required. Any non-profit organization <br />desiring to serve liquids for the purpose of mixing with liquor and <br />permitting the consumption and display of liquor in cc ,'unction <br />with a social activity sponsored by it, shall first ubtain a <br />license therefor from the City. It is unlawful for any such <br />organization to fail to obtain such license. <br />Subd. 2. Term. The term of such license shall be one <br />day only. <br />Subd. 3. Limitation on Number. No more than ten <br />licenses shall be issued in any calendar year. <br />Subd. 4. License Fae. The fee for such one -day license <br />is $25.00. <br />Subd. 5. Approval.
