Bernhardson, City AdministratoA6, <br />DATE: November 1, 1988 <br />SUBJECT: Orono/Long Lake Discussions <br />ISSUE - Establishment of a new date for a joint Council meeting <br />with Long Lake. <br />INTRODUCTION -Following the October 26th joint meeting the <br />staff s from the two cities have been working to try to develop <br />the necessary information requested by the two Councils. As soon <br />as the information is available it will be transmitted to both <br />Councils. <br />DISCUSSION - As soon as the information is ready the Cities will <br />establish a convenient meeting date for both Councils. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />1. Accept information. <br />2. Table for further discussion. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that Council accept the <br />i f rmation as presented. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by , that the Council <br />accept the information as pr—esented awaiting further information <br />that staff will submit.
