I <br /> �� � <br /> O� ' • <br /> � � <br /> � O ,� O <br /> g � CITY of ORONO <br /> ,� � �::���� � <br /> ti <br /> ti <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��`9kEsT�I04�G NO. � ` � <br /> i <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING INSTALLATION <br /> OF A HOLDING TANK FOR OUTLOT A,� <br /> FRENCH CREEK � <br /> WHEREAS,the French Creek Central Homeowner's Association has requested to <br /> install a 1,650 gallon holding tank on Outlot A,French Creek; and <br /> WHEREAS, Outlot A was created as common recreation lot containing two tennis <br /> courts and an enclosed gazebo building; and <br /> WHEREAS, Municipal Code Section 1230,Subdivision E requires all new holding <br /> tank installations to be reviewed by the City Council; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota that the request to install one 1,650 gallon holding tank on Outlot A,French Creek for use <br /> � with one toilet and one:sink is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> A. The holding tank is subject to all ISTS standards as specified in the Municipal Code. <br /> B. The undersigned owners have read,understand and hereby agree to the terms of this <br /> . resolution and on behalf of the French Creek Central Homeowner's Association,their <br /> heirs, successors and assigns,hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the <br /> Chain of Title of the property. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br /> held on the 13th day of May, 2002. . <br /> .
