Steep hill. <br />•Walking use only <br />•Site has been the subject of neighborhood disputes <br />•There are authorized encroachments on the north side <br />•October 22, 2001 - CC - Sansevere moved, White <br />seconded, to approve a Class I classification for the <br />Forest Lake Landing with the following uses being <br />allowed at this site: Pedestrian access to the lake and <br />launching canoes and other small boats not requiring a <br />trailer, with the understanding no fishing or swimming will <br />be allowed at this site. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. Flint <br />inquired whether the City Council wanted to address the <br />location of the pathway and whether steps should be <br />installed at this site. It was the consensus of the City <br />Council to refer this matter back to the Park Commission <br />for their recommendation on those two items. <br />•Recommendation - Maintain.
