No grading or filling in wetland basins should <br />commence until all necessary permits have been obtained. This wetland delineation <br />meets the standards and criteria described in the 1987 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers <br />Wetland Delineation Manual and Regional Supplement and the results represent the <br />conditions present at the time of the field investigation.
