The final bullet <br />relating to the sediment and erosion control plan must be addressed with the building permit along w ith submittal of an <br />additional escrow. <br />During one of our meetings I understood that the buckthorn hedge was to be removed and replaced with an alternate <br />screening. The landscape plan contemplates leaving the existing buckthorn hedge in place . Please clarify. <br />Our engineer believes a wetland delineation is necessary. The City's wetland map does not indicate any wetlands on the <br />property, however the City's map is a reference tool and does not rule out additional wetland areas .
