Hendel stated if the garage is located on the other side, it would eliminate the well and be within three <br />feet of the neighbor 's lot. If the driveway is reduced any further , it would make it impossible to <br />maneuver a car in and out. If the house is located closer to the neighbor, it would also add more <br />driveway . <br />Steiner stated the creek is a natural feature on the property but creates a problem with the 75-foot setback. <br />Kang asked if the applicant would like his application tabled or voted on tonight. Kang recommended the <br />hardcover be reduced in the area near the creek. <br />Steiner stated it is impossible to reduce all of the hardcover in the 0-75 foot zone but that they are willing <br />to continue to talk to Staff. <br />Schoenzeit concurred that this lot does have some hardships. <br />#09 -3428 MICHAEL AND MARILYN HUTHW AITE, CONTINUED <br />Berg stated in her view the house should be reduced and that perhaps the applicants should consider <br />constructing a second story with an elevator.
