We reviewed the above plat and make the <br />following comments: <br />- For future improvements to CSAH 84 the developer should dedicate an additional 7 <br />feet of right of way making the right of way 40 from the center of CSAH 84. <br />- Any access to CSAH 84 requires an approved Hennepin County entrance permit <br />before beginning any construction. Contact our Permits Section at 930-2548 for <br />entrance permits. <br />- All proposed construction within County right of way requires an approved <br />utility permit prior to beginning construction. This includes, but is not <br />limited to, drainage and utility construction, trail development, and <br />landscaping.
