The previous resolution (File #1371) was adopted <br />March 1989 and expired on March 13, 1990. <br />The applicant is proposing to construct an 8' x 12' entryway on the south side of the existing <br />residence. The existing residence is located entirely within the required front yard and street side <br />setbacks, therefore any additions to the existing residence requires a variance. <br />This application requires the following variance: <br />1.
