The previous resolution (File # 1371) was <br />adopted March 1989 and expired on March 13, 1990. <br />The applicant has proposed to construct an 8' x 12' entryway on the south side of the existing <br />residence. The existing residence is located entirely within the required front yard and street side <br />setbacks, therefore any additions to the existing residence requires a variance. <br />This application requires the following variance approval: <br />1. Variance from Section 10.23, Subdivision 6 (B) : To permit a front yard setback variance <br />to allow an 8' x 12' entryway to be constructed on the south side of the house 18 .4' from the <br />front yard where 50' is required. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Planning Commission recommended by a 4 to O vote to: <br />Approve the application as presented.
