This applicati~n was reviewed as Zoning File #1371. <br />2 . The ~roperty is located in the LR-lA Single Family Lakeshore <br />Resid~ntial Zoning District. <br />· 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this ai:plication on <br />February 21, 1989 and recorr.m~nded approval of the proposed variance <br />based u~on ·the foll0wing findings: <br />a .
