IN THE CONSTi2UCTION OF A BIKE TRAIL <br /> WHEREAS,the County has a cost participation program available to local units of <br /> goverriment for cost participation in the design and construction of bicycle trails along County <br /> Roads. • <br /> WHEREAS,the County has developed a cost participation agreement number <br /> PW 59-08-02 with the City of Orono for cost participation in the design and construction of a <br /> bicycle trail along County Road 6 in the City of Orono. . <br /> � NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1.
