Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br />SUBJECT: Zoning Application #11-3516 <br />The City of Orono is required to notify you within fifteen (15) business days as to the status of your <br />application for variances for your property located at 1513 Bay Ridge Road . You have submitted all of <br />the information required to complete the application. However after a cursory review by the City <br />Engineer it appears that some additional detail will be needed to complete their review. <br />Please have the survey revised to provide an enlargement of the area where the addition is proposed; <br />and the proposed overhangs on the addition and the existing home on the south side should be shown <br />on the survey. It should also be noted that the proposed driveway appears to be difficult to maneuver. <br />Please assure that the reductions in the driveway, the taper and the width will be functional once <br />completed. <br />Application #11-3516 is technically complete, however in order to avoid an unnecessary charge for <br />engineering review please have your survey updated to reflect the changes noted above. If you wish to <br />proceed with your application please submit the items requested above by July 6, 2011 at noon in order <br />to remain on the July 13th Planning Commission agenda.
