The plan is <br />dated June 7, 2011. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br />• The plan is generally acceptable from an engineering standpoint. <br />• The applicant has acknowledged the difficult driveway configuration proposed to limit <br />hardcover. We recommend that the city verify the proposed driveway dimensions with <br />the applicant after the area is prepared but prior to placement of its new pavement. <br />• This project will disturb more than 25, but less than 100 cubic yard of material. <br />Sediment and erosion control information meeting the requirements of Orono 's City Code <br />79-7(c)(1) must be submitted.
