Rr.(:k pathway in 0-75' lakeshore setback zone shall be removed. <br />2. Sidewalks in the house and garage area shall he constructed at a <br />width no greater than 2'. <br />The resolution has been revised to reflect these changes. A revised copy <br />is attached. <br />Please arrange to sign the 3 original. resolution copies at the City Offices <br />(Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30). All persons with an interest in the <br />property must sign the resolutions. <br />Variance Approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and ap <br />noted in the approval resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to <br />further review by the City. Variance approval expires one year after bate <br />of approval. Permit application must he submitted no later than May 9, <br />1989. <br />if you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they are <br />available from the City Recorder or City Clerk after review and aplroval by <br />the City Council. <br />You must apply for and obtain a building permit prior to commer.c emE nt {,f <br />construction.
