The construction and propose <br />hardcover removals result in a decreaac from the <br />existing 38.8% 75-250' hardcover to 37.3%. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution i2426 <br />approving the hardcover variance as presented.
