No setback variances would be granted that would involve the <br />encroachment of the lakeshore protected area (0-75' setback area), <br />lakeshore elevation determined at 929.4'. <br />2. It would be doubtful if Planning Commission would grant approval <br />of hardcover variances with an intense Planned Residential <br />Development. <br />3. Upon filing of o formal application for a Planned Residential <br />Development, applicant is advised that an updated survey is required <br />that would confirm the following: <br />A) area of 75-250' setback area; <br />B) location of 929.4' elevation in order to determine total <br />buildable area of property. <br />Staff will advise the City Clerk to send copies of the approved <br />minutes of the April 1991 meeting of the Planning Commission for your <br />consideration.
