To require a circular turnaround, 80' diameter paved surface, 100' <br />right of way, as opposed to allowing a tee -turnaround. The circular <br />turnaround was to be recommended by staff for the PRD proposal. <br />2. As of today, we have received no new input from developer concerning <br />recent contact with property owners (Lots 17-20) affected by saidur <br />Park Road extension. T'he City must receive upuate as to disposition <br />of property owners in regard to sign -off on plat for &Jditional <br />right of way. <br />
