Applicant to be advised that a PRD is the only acceptable or <br />practical method to develop the remaining undeveloped <br />portions of the peninsula. Remember the existing PRD code <br />exclusive of the Highway 12 corridor is very broad and <br />subject to approval of the Council. Applicant should be <br />advised to work with staff to develop most efficient plan <br />for PRD design based on final resolve of density. <br />lsv <br />
