CITY OF ORONO -- NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings in the Council Chambers <br />at 1275 South Brown Road on Monday, April 20, 1992 on the matter of <br />reviewing the following land use applications: <br />1. #1724 Tammy L. Woodi.s_ of 2818 Casco Point Road seeks approval of a <br />conditional use permit for a swimming pool on a through lot. <br />2. #1725 Davis Fansler of 4180 Bayside Road seeks approval of a <br />conditional use permit for a non -rental apartment within a new <br />residence currently under construction. <br />3. #1726 Barbara and James Olexa of 995 Wildhurst Trail seek approval of <br />setback and hardcover variances within the 75-250' setback area for <br />the construction of a garage addition to the east side of the existing <br />residence. <br />4. #1728 Molly and Draper Jaffray of 540 Barrett Avenue seek approval of <br />a front/street setback variance for a proposed three-story addition to <br />the north side of the existing residence. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time.
