Affidavit of Publication <br />CITY OF ORONO - NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold <br />public hearings in the Council Chambers at <br />2780 Kelley Parkway on Monday, March 15, <br />1993 on the matter of reviewing the following <br />land use applications: <br />1'. #1804 Michael Revier, the current <br />owner of 2691 Ethel Avenue, seeks approval <br />of an average lakeshore setback variance to <br />permit the construction of a new residence. <br />2. #1805 Robert Voronyak seeks <br />approval of a lot a ea, lot width, side and side <br />street setback variances to the LR-1A <br />Lakeshore Residential Zoning District <br />standards to permit construction of a new <br />residence. <br />3. #1806 Jon and Shirley Billigmeier of <br />2935 Farview Lane seek approval of a front <br />street setback variance that would allow the <br />installation of a tennis court to be placed <br />nearer to the front or street line than the <br />existing residence on the property at 1407 Bay <br />Ridge Road. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will <br />appear at this time.
