CORRECTED <br />CITY OF ORONO - NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council <br />Chambers at 2780 Kelley Parkway on Monday, March 15, 1993 on the <br />matter of reviewing the following land use applications: <br />1. #1804 Michael Revier, the current owner of 2691 Ethel Avenue, <br />seeks approval of an average lakeshore setback variance to <br />permit the construction of a new residence. <br />2. #1805 Robert Voronyak seeks approval of a lot area, lot <br />width, side and side street setback variances to the LR-lA <br />Lakeshore Residential Zoning District standards to permit <br />construction of a new residence to be located on 1407 Bay <br />Ridge Road. <br />3. #1806 Jon and Shirley Billigmeier of 2935 Farview Lane seek <br />approval of a front street setback variance that would allow <br />the installation of a tennis court to be placed nearer to the <br />front or street line than the existing residence on the <br />property. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time. Written <br />comments are solicited.
