�-MtAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, NOVEMBER 14, 1977 <br />Page 18 <br />Planning Commission fleeting - November 7, 1977 <br />Mr. Molde was present. Commission recommended <br />approval subject to combination of three sub- <br />standard parcels he now owns (Parcels 8, 17 & 18). <br />Justifications: <br />1. Proposal does not increase hardcover. <br />2. Condition eliminates two substandard lots. <br />Mr. Molde was informed by Commission that <br />recommended combination would eliminate second <br />substandard building site. <br />Council Meeting - November 14, 1977 <br />Pesek moved, Butler seconded, to approve the <br />variance request of Raymond Molde, 1428 Baldur <br />Park Road, per the Planning Commission recom- <br />mendations. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Mr. Alan Olson, Assistant Building & Zoning <br />Administrator, entered into the record the follow- <br />ing information concerning Tonka West Development, <br />2477 Shadywood Road, dated October 24, 1977, <br />which states: <br />The City Council approved plans subject to County <br />approval of relocated driveway access, staff <br />approval of building code requirements and engineer's <br />review and approval of drainage. Staff to review <br />assessment requirements for the next meeting. <br />Staff - October 26, 1977 - Assessment Review <br />The existing building was built in 19F9 on Tract B, <br />RLS 88. The sewer was connected in 1969, water <br />in 1973. Tracts A & B are not combined and are <br />shown under separate ownership, but are both <br />included on the site plan of this addition.
