Orono has ndopted a policy to deny <br />previous applications for disposal of spoils within 1,000 ft. <br />of the shoreline. <br />After a lengthy discussion, Hassel moved, Hannah seconded, to <br />table this application with the request that a detailed soils <br />map and detailed plan for dredging be submitted with the under- <br />standing that the dredging and spoils deposit will not violate <br />Ordinance J125, and with the understanding that the Kid -cat <br />dredging method will operate from the environmental standpoint <br />as represented.
