The survey (Continued) <br />submitted with the proposal is somowhat vague. <br />The Commission interpreted the survey to indicate <br />the existing front yard setback to be 24 ft. The <br />proposed five foot foyer woald reduce this setback <br />to 19 ft. Hot ion, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Mr. Alan Olson, Assistant Building & Zoning ARIANCE <br />Administrator, entered into the record the 1428 Raldur Park <br />following information concerning a variance #327 <br />request of Raymond tiolde, 1428 Baldur Park Road, Raymond tiolde <br />dated October 13, 1977, which states: <br />This district is zoned as follows: Area - 1/2 acre <br />(21,780 sq. ft.), width - 100 ft., lake setback - <br />75 ft., side setback - 10 ft. <br />Mr. Molde is requesting approval to construct a <br />second story expansion on his existing residence <br />which is currently non -conforming in lot area <br />width and lake and side setbacks. <br />The following variances would be necessary for <br />approval: <br />Area - approx. 13,000 sq. ft. <br />Width 50 ft. FE X H I E31 <br />Lake setback - 13 ft. <br />Side setback - 2.1 ft. <br />This proposal would not increase the existing <br />hardcover area or percentage. The enclosed <br />survey indicates the location with no increase <br />in house area. The enclosed sketch for hour <br />expansion indicates the second story only with a <br />20 ft. height limit. <br />I sue no problem here, but we might consider <br />applicant obtaining letter of no objection from <br />irnnediate neighbor.
