Cfty of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1667 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALKING <br />HEARING ON THE DUNWOOLi AVENUE ^4NITAkY <br />SEWER AND WATERMAIN EXTENSION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant t,. Resolut os, No. 1666 of the: Council, <br />adopted August 27, 1584, a report has been pruaarp,a cy the City Engineer <br />with refErence to the improvement of the Pau? Sinith property, (2477 <br />Dunwoody Avenuc - PIU 20-117-23-22-0015) by installing municipal <br />sanitary sewer and municipal watermain extensions, and this report was <br />received by the Council on August 27, 1984. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Orono: <br />1) The Council will consider the construction of such <br />sanitary sewer and watermain extensions in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of the single <br />benef itted property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429, at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$28,600. <br />2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on Monday, September 10, 1984, at 8:00 P.M. <br />in the Orono Counc-i 1 Chambers at 1275 South Brown Road, <br />and the Clerk sha:: ;ive mailed and published notice of <br />such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a <br />regular meeting held this 27 day of August, 1984. <br />Mary C.
