Retaining walls to be constructed a minimum of 6' from property line to <br />face of wall. <br />2. Drainage swales along property lines to be 0.5' lower than adjacent <br />neighbor's properLy at lot line and 3' in from lot lin-. <br />3. Drainage Swale along driveway to be minimum of 1.0' lower than edge of <br />pavement surface and 5' from edge of driveway. <br />4. Retaining wall base to be minimum of 1' below existing elevation at <br />property line. <br />5. Fill on lake side to be removed within 75' setback area. <br />A .- y 6. Fill in back yard area to be removed to original grade.
