T.inanvell, Trustee <br />G.A.Hane-n,Assessor; A.G.Stinson,Foreman;Creraid Ross.Constable;O.F..Johnson. <br />Minutes of meetings held on Aug.25 and Sep.8,I958,were r^ad and approved. <br />Attorney Louis B.Brechet,representing the Hub Barber Shop at Navarre was <br />present regarding the parking situation on County Road I9 at the intersection <br />of County Road 151asking for continuance of angle parking versus parallel <br />Darking.Council decided to look into the situation further and bring up <br />later for further consideration. <br />The continuance of the present contract with the Suburban Hennepin County <br />Relief Board was unanimously approved. <br />The 1.1inneeota Watershed District Act was further discussed and ordered held <br />ur for further review and discussion. <br />The public park situation in our Village was reviewed and Turnham suggested <br />that an offer be made to the owners of property desired if this could be <br />accomplished legally, on a basis $5000.00 per annum untU cleared: ' T �.04., •• <br />Clerk will consult legal adhorities and report result at next meetinp.r4,�, „' <br />Maxwell moved that the present trailer restriction be waived in the case of <br />Mrs.Sigafoos,ellowing her to use trailer in its present location. <br />No sezond to motion was made and the motion died. <br />On recuest of Ward Ferrell for the erection of another residence on his <br />property on County Road 45,Bagley moved,seconded by Turnham, tnat his request <br />be granted sub jecx , io�vever to the review and appz oval of our Planning Com. <br />The budget for I959 was set at 8 IO2,000 for Village operation and The <br />County Auditor will so be advised. <br />A noti^.e of meeting of the Orono District Dev.CorporationIon Sep 25th,at <br />The Orono High School was brought up and representatives of our Council <br />will arrange to attend. <br />Verified Acete.No.607 through No.669 were reviewed and approved with the <br />exception of one involving the purchase of tools from the Searsikaoebuck Co. <br />on which further details will be reauested including memo.involes. <br />Meeting adjourned subject to call on October I3,I958. <br />0.
