I will remind you that the <br />application form which you signed indicates you agreed to pay <br />whatever additional or unusual expenses are incurred for review <br />of the application, and would note that the normal variance <br />application staff review time is -in the range of 3 to 5 hours. <br />It is likely that staff will recommend to the Council that some <br />additional fee (as yet undetermined) be assessed. <br />There is a potential that the Council on September 12th, will <br />refer your revised request back to the Planning Commission. If <br />this occurs, this item ..ii3 be scheduled for the Planning <br />Commission Meeting of September 19, presuming no additional <br />information is required. <br />Please contact me or Zoning Administrator, Jeanne Mabusth, at <br />473-7357 if you have additional questions. You will be receiving <br />a meeting notification and a copy of the Council update memo on <br />this application, prior to the September 12th meeting.
