Within 75 foot of shoreline there <br />shall be no excavating, filling, hard cover, temporary or permanent structures. <br />Within 75 to 250 feet of the shoreline tnero shall be no greater than 250 hard cover. <br />within 250 to 500 feet of the shoreline there shal l be no greater than 301 hard <br />cover. within S00 to 1,000 feet of the ahoreltne there shall be no greater than 351 <br />hard cover. <br />Subd. 3. Tree Rewoval Regulations. go trees within 75 foot of the shoreline <br />rith the Aite+eter of six (4) inches or more shall be removed without first obtaininq <br />a permit from the Council. <br />
