Lot width variances are granted for Lots 2, 4 and 5. <br />2. Private road will be subject to normal private ownership and <br />maintenance covenants and road and utility easements. <br />3. Access for Lots 3 and 4 shall be allowed separate creek crossing <br />points, subject to any permits that may be required by the watershed <br />D i st r i ct and the Department of Natural Re,— .rces. <br />4. Dedication on the plat of Conservation & Flowage Easements for the <br />wetland occuring in Lots 2 and 3 and a Drainage Easement of <br />undetermined width along the length of Painters Creek in Lots 2, 3, 4, <br />and 5 (City Engineer has recommended an easement width of 50' for <br />Painters Creek). <br />5. Dedication on the plat of standard Drainage & Utility Easements 10' <br />along perimeter and roadway lot lines and 5' either side of interior <br />lot lines. <br />6. Dedication on the plat of 33' of City right-of-way for Townline Road. <br />7. Payment of Park Fees of $100.00 per lot per the current fee schedule. <br />8. Subject to additional requirements regarding drainage easements or <br />structires as may ;;e required by the City Engineer and the Watersho <br />District. <br />9. Prior to Council apprcva1, applicant shall provide specifications for <br />any signs, monuments or any unusual grading that may be proposed. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />City Council Monday, October 24, 1988; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commissic' <br />minutes, they are available from the City Recorder after review an <br />approval by the Planning Commission. <br />
