J <br />Zoning File #1103 <br />May 7, 1987 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />Council Action - options of Action - <br />Staff seeks conceptual direction from the Council as follows: <br />A) To deny the conditional use permit as proposed by applicant or as <br />amended by Planning Commission and to direct staff to draft appropriate <br />findings for such denial f^r fcL-r+al ac- ion at your May 26th meeting. <br />or <br />B) To conceptually approve th-c conditional a,se permit as: <br />1. proposed by ipplif,;ant; or <br />2. recommended by Planning Corgi-rission and staff; <br />and to direct the applicant to provide the following information to the <br />City prior to formal acti.a:i on the conditional use permit by the Council: <br />1. Final grading plans must reflect more accurate elevations of <br />existing topography (2 foot elevations). Side slopes not to exceed 5:1 <br />ratio. <br />2. Sedimentation and erosion plan to follow the following guidelines: <br />a) Silt fence installed on all sides 5 feet in from the top of <br />existing slopes, (a distance from the edge cf the marsh (972') <br />equal to 4 times the depth of existing fill (982') plus 5 feet <br />(10'x4 - 40+5-45')]. <br />b) Staked hay bales when necessary. <br />c) Type of ground cover. <br />3. Schedule of fill activities: <br />a) Time period; <br />b) Plan for filling - segment - phased; <br />c) Restoration of ground cover - disturbed areas must be <br />restored within 30 days. <br />4. Applicant or Applicant's Contractor to execute a Developer's <br />Agreement and post a letter of credit to cover final grading and <br />seeding if project is abandoned. <br />
