Gannon feels assured the the 100,000 cubic yard <br />project will be completed in a year. Both Eisinger and Gannon <br />feel a Jun 8, 1988 deadline is acceptable. If an extension is <br />necessary, the ordinance provides for the procedural steps for <br />such requests. <br />The attached approving resolution has been drafted with fill held <br />at 100,000 cubic yards ar.d to be completed within 1 year. Fill <br />shall be limited to an average level of 5 feet. The conditions <br />of this approval have been recommended by staff in consideration <br />of the issues discussed with both applicant and applicant's <br />contractor. <br />
