MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCII. MEETING HELD JUNE 8, 1987 <br />I <br />ATTENDANCE 7:01 P.M. <br />The Orono Council met on the above date with the <br />following members present: Mayor Grabek, Ccuncilmembers <br />Sime, Goetten, and Peterson. Councilmember Callahan was <br />absent. The following represented the City staff: City <br />Administrator Bernhardson, Public Works Coordinator <br />Gerhardson, Building 6 Zoning Administrator Mabusth, <br />Assistant Planning & Zoning Administrator Gaffron, and <br />City Recorder Peterson. City Attorney Blatz and City <br />Engineer Cook were also present. <br />CONSENT AGENDA* 1. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to approve the Consent Agenda* <br />subject to removal of: <br />Item 025 - Issuance of Firearms Permits Guidelines <br />requested by Councilmembers Peterson and Goetten. <br />Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to approve the Minutes of the <br />May 26, 1987 Council meeting as submitted. Motion, Ayes <br />4, Nays 0. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMEWTS <br />There were no Planning Commission comments. Planning <br />Commission member Edward Brown arrived later in the <br />meeting. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />There were no comments from the public at this time. <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />1990 WARD FBRRELL <br />-2AA3 MATERTOWN ROAD <br />VARIANCE <br />Council delayed this matter until the end of the meeting <br />awaiting the presence of applicant or representative. <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by Councilmember <br />Goetten, to t a b l e t. h i s m a t t e r u n t i l <br />applicant or representative requested to be present. <br />Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />1 <br />
