The approval is conditional based on the following: <br />1. The approval commences as of November 1, 1988 and expires on <br />November 1, 1989. <br />2. The discharge location shall be the manhole located along the <br />east property line. <br />3. The proposed discharge location and pumping rate of 5 GPM to <br />the MDS shall be ,pproved by the City of . <br />lr -*- r <br />4. The discharge volume shall be measured and reported on a <br />quarterly basis to both MWCC and the City of 670-sA <br />Billing for sewer use shall be arranged through the City. <br />5. The contaminated groundwater shall pass through the proposed <br />air stripping system prior to disposal to the MDS. This <br />system shall be designed to ensure that no slug of contaminants <br />may be discharged directly to the MDS without adequate pretrj2at- <br />ment. <br />6. The system shall be run long enough to obtain a representative <br />sample, then shut down. The sample shall be analyzed for the <br />parameters listed in item V . The results of this analysis <br />shall be sent to the MWCC for approval. Discharge shall not <br />continue at this site until further approval has been obtained. <br />Results may be reported verbally to hasten app►-�jval, with a <br />col of the lab results to follow as soon as they are received. <br />1 t N i 1► ,t <br />
