In the current review, staff <br />feels it more appropriate to wait until the Minnehaha C*-eek Watershed <br />Diszric.t has had ample time to review the hydraulic information sought in <br />their Permit review process. The City will accept the Watershed District's <br />recommendation concerning treatment of run-off. If this is acceptable to <br />you, please advise and we will await final notice from the Watershed <br />District concerning the issuance of a permit to Washington Scientific. <br />
