The project will require permit review and approval <br />by the Board of Managers of the MCWD. <br />Some of the District's concerns in developments of this type include that: <br />1. The rate of stormwater runoff from the site shall not increase as a result <br />of the proposed development.. This criteria shall be analyzed and met for <br />runoff producing events w.th return frequencies from orie to 100 years. <br />2.
