MINUTES OF REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 28,1988 <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: <br />Assistant City Attorney Whitney stated that Mr. Barrett <br />wanted him to provide the Council with details concerning the Art <br />Center litigation and requested that the Council go into <br />executive session for that purpose. <br />LICENSES* <br />None <br />BILLS* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to approve payment of the All Funds <br />Accounts. Motion, Ayes-3, Nays-0, Motion passed. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION - 8:55 P.M. <br />Mayor Grabek requrested that the Council go into an <br />executive session at 8:55 p.m. <br />ADJOURNMENT 9:13 P.M. <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson, to adjourn the Regular Council Meeting at 9:13 p.m. <br />Motion, Ayes=4, Nays=O, Motion passed. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
