Recommended approval of hardcover variance to allow 39.6% in 75-250' <br />zone,::ubject to advisory that no additional hardcover in excess of <br />39.6% will be allowed on the proeerty. <br />2. Recommended approval of accessory structure floor area variance to <br />allow garage to contain 624 s.f. f loor area on each of 2 levels, for a <br />total of 1,248 s.f., subject to condition that the structure shall not <br />have plumbing installed and may not be used as a dwelling unit of any <br />sort. <br />3. Recommended that no permit for the proposed garage be issued until <br />such time that the "33' public easement for highway purposes" is <br />determined to be no longer in effect. <br />Please keep staff informed as to your efforts regarding removal of <br />this easement from your title. I would again advise you for the record <br />that it is the property owners responsibility to initi -te the legal <br />procedures to have the title cleared. Additionally, be a e that, if it <br />is detezmined through those procedures that the City does have a legal <br />interest in this corridor, the City has not yet taken a position regarding <br />whether it would release that interest. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />City Council Monday October 10, 1988; meeting starts at 7:00 P.M. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commissions <br />minutes, they are available from the City Recorder after review and <br />approval by the Planning Commission. <br />
